When that dialogue opens, tab until you come to a checkbox, which will say something to the effect of, don't ask me again, check the box, and okay the dialogue. Next time you delete a collapsed message, all of those messages will be gone. I have JAWS 6.0 and X P. In O. E., when I delete a collapsed message, I get a dialogue indicating if I want to delete all messages to hit the space bar. How can I get rid of this dialogue, and just hit the delete key once without the prompt to perform any more key strokes ? Thank you for your help.
