It's been a long time since I've done this, but I seem to remember you have 
to make sure the grid lines are turned on in the format menus. Also you have 
to do a page setup to aline the length of the spreadsheet to fit the page. 
It was a trickey process for me at the time and I am not sure if Jaws has 
perfected this in later versions for this program. I had a spreadsheet to 
come out in a small area on the page. My son had to do a print preview and 
zoom it on the monitor to see exactly what was showing on the screen for 
print out..

I stopped doing it myself..
