Gees, this is total hogwash and I mean no disrespect to you Frederick. have no doubt that you may have run a registry cleaner that totally fouled up your PC so it could not boot again, but a new computer was not necessary. You could have taken the OS software that should have come with your old PC and re-installed it onto your system drive. I'm so sorry to tell you this, but somebody really took advantage of you.
