Hi Patti, Were you expecting an attachment from someone you know? You will have to see what the attachment file type is, so you can determine what to do with it. It sounds like whatever the file extension is, there is currently no program associated with it. You should be able to get a list view of attachments and let us know what type of file it is, and we can go from there.
