Hi Scott, In Outlook 2003, hit ALT-T for Tools, then O for Options, and you will land in a properties sheet in the Preferences Tab. Tab over to Email Preferences, and press the spacebar. Tab over to the checkbox that says "Read standard mail as plain text, and make sure that the box is unchecked. Tab over to OK and hit the spacebar. Again tab to OK and hit the spacebar. Then you should be all set.
