I didn't get any error message in outlook Express when I upgraded to IE7. What's the text of the error message? (virtualize the window, select all, and copy to clipboard; paste into another document.) Such text might give a clue on what needs to be done.

As soon as I hit ctr-n or ctr-f that windows error message comes up. I choose send or do not send error report, and outlook express closes on me. All works as it should if I return to IE6.
