what client are you useing

On another list I am having a problem replying to sender. With the message open I use insert + shift + R to reply to sender.
The first time I get the reply message with a blank to field. I then close the
message and re-open and try to reply to sender again, and again have a blank to
field. The third time it works with the to field correctly filled in.
I am using jaws 8.0.2173 Windows Xp Home.
Any suggestions?
