Before you activate the Reply Directly To Sender keystroke, make sure that the message window is maximized. If the window's not maximized, the script won't work.

With the message open I use insert + shift + R to reply to sender. The first time I get the reply message with a blank to field. I then close the message and re-open and try to reply to sender again, and again have a blank to field. The third time it works with the to field correctly filled in. I am using jaws 8.0.2173 Windows Xp Home. Any suggestions?
