There is some way to do that without using pop-ups, many Web sites open links 
in new windows and it looks to me like one of the complications of IE 7 is that 
it does that routinely.

I don't remember the HTML to do that but, as i recall it is a declaration as 
part of the link.

You are correct sir, it is very convenient and Jaws does tell you when a new 
page is being opened.
