For Dial-up, I would recommend AOL. Not sure about their tactics though, as they seem to block some sites if you try to access them with a third party browser (even Internet Explorer outside of AOL can't access some sites), however you can access them with the AOL browser. Also, this spy zapper thing; it's really annoying, and I can't get the darn thing to turn off. I appreciate that they're trying to help you by protecting you from spyware, but I've got my own tools, thanks very much! Does anyone know how to turn off this annoying thing? Thanks in advance.
