Shannon, The Word keystroke for moving to the next column is Alt + DownArrow, and to the previous column is Alt + UpArrow. These conflict with JAWS 4.5 keystrokes for reading sentences, so you'll need to use the bypass keystroke, Insert + 3, before either of them.
