OK Albert,

First you have to find your My Documents folder. You could use the "FIND"
option, I do this from the start menu because I don't have a WINDOWS key on
this computer so I can't guide you that way. You can also explore your way
there using My Computer from the Desktop, we will do it that way first. Your
computer may be different depending on how users have been set up.

So, hit on My Computer and select Local Drive probably 'C'.

Arrow down to Documents and Settings and select.

Here it may be different, in my case I arrow down to a folder called Dale
Leavens, yours may have your name on it, it might also be under All Users. You
will have to try both, might even be in Administrator but I doubt it.

Once in these folders arrow down looking for My Documents. Once you are on it,
you might like to examine what is in there, you can have more than one My
Documents folder so you want to make sure the desktop shortcut points to the
right one.

Once you know it is the right one then Select the My Documents folder and if
you have a WINDOWS LOGO Key or what ever they call it hit on that. If not,
SHIFT F10 brings up the same context menu. You will find Create Shortcut on
that menu, hit on it and follow the instructions to put the shortcut on your
desktop.

If by some chance you don't get it on the Desktop you can find it and cut and
copy it to the Desktop. You can name it what ever you like just so long as it
points to your My Documents folder.

Hope this helps and if not I can try again.
