Hi, Russel. I also find map quest really easy to use. One of my sisters told me about it two years ago and I had no problem finding directions to where I wanted to go. Mom and I were going to a Christmas party at a friend's house so I was able to get the directions for her so she could take us. I had the directions emailed to myself and then printed them out for her. Rosemarie
