No!  It's either one way or the other.  Why would you not want to see it

No. I want to have it out of the sys tray, I know how to do this..
But if it's not in the sys tray then will it show when I alt tab around?
I want it not in the sys tray and I don't want to alt tab and find it
there either, but I do want it to start up at system bootup.
Is this clear?
