Hi list,
I have something I have wondered for a while. I have a lot of word documents in
my list of word documents in word 2003. Due to my studies, I have a lot with
the same prefix i.e a subject/unit code number. Sometimes I may not remember
what is in each document. I do obviously give each a descriptive title.
However, if I am looking for a particular piece of info, I may not remember
exactly which document it is in. I therefore, may need to open each file in
turn so as to check if that is the file I want. If it isn't, I obviously have
to go back to my list of documents and choose another document. The problem is,
each time you do a control O and shift tab back to your list of documents, you
are put back at the top of the list. Is there a way of returning back to the
last file you opened? That would save a lot of trouble having to find where I
last was. I do use first letter navigation. However, like I said, I have a lot
of files beginning with the same name e.g my unit code.
Thanks Jason
p.s I am using XP home and Jaws 8
