Hi, John. I just set word to normal and typed a sentence. I wonder if saving my assignment as a rich text document was the right thing to do. Maybe that's why I got that message about links and fields. Maybe I should have saved it as a word document but Hadley said to save it as a rich text document so the teacher wouldn't have a hard time reading it no matter what computer she was on. Rosemarie
