Eric, thanks very much for the help, greatly appreciated. Not only am I finding Vista very responsive, I'm also finding that it hardly crashes! Looking forward to the final release of JAWS 9. Keep up the good works! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Damery" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, November 11, 2007 1:57 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 8 and Windows Vista
Chris, There is no reason to update your audio drivers. The people that need to do this in Vista will know it. It is way to painful to use when using XP Audio drivers in Vista as was the case on some of the computers we have been seeing this year. Glad to hear your using Vista and finding it so responsive. We think a lot of Vista users will be pleased when they install JAWS 9. Should I still update my audio drivers, or, as they say, if it aint broke, don't fix it? Thanks in advance. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Scott Berry" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, November 09, 2007 3:35 PM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS 8 and Windows Vista > Eric and Michael, > > I would suggest that Chris visit this site here is where you can get all > the > drivers you need for Sony: > > http://www.esupport.sony.com > and then just put in your model number and it will guide you to the proper > page.
