Hi Sometimes in the past I will not be able to copy and paste on the internet web site unless I Go to the edit menu and arrow down to the select all and then go back to the edit menu and select Copy and paste. Try this instead of using the shortcut keys. It might work.

First I usually move to the top line of where I need to start copying. Next I do a control, shift end to select to the end of the page, next while holding down the shift key I up arrow to remove a few extra lines that I don't need. Finally, I do a control C. then I move to the MS Word document and paste the text. This is my most common procedure for down loading my assignments.
