Hi:

I use TBird, and found that it says x western less than it used too.  
One thing that I did was to turn the speak graphics off in the config 
manager.  I think another reason might be something that has changed in 
the upgrades.  I still get it sometimes, particularly at the beginning 
of emails, but it doesn't seem to say it after every blank line anymore.
