Hi Sherry, welcome to the list. Yes, that message is annoying, and the only way to get rid of it is to "hover" over the balloon and left click it. To hover over an item using JAWS, it's just a case of routing the JAWS cursor to the PC cursor, which can be achieved with insert num pad minus, or caps lock left bracket, the key after the p. To perform a left click, press either num pad slash or caps lock 8. Note that keys designated by caps lock refers to the default laptop layout.
