Hello Sherri. Another suggestion is to download and
install a script that 
will enable you to click help balloons with one
keystroke. You can get the 
script from www.jaws-users.com, then go to the tips
and tricks page. I have 
this particular script installed and it works well for
me. Hope that helps.
