Thanks again I left it running overnight and went to bed and this morning the pod casts had magically appeared in the download folder. This ability to catch pod casts in the background is what I wanted so all is well. I'll try your instructions but at the very least I will now be able to use accessible pod caster to listen on demand whilst using Juice to download in the background.

You need to know that juice is only the pod-catching program - you set options in it to have a player, such as Winamp or windows media Player, or whichever, be the player of choice. Consulting the manual seems to indicate that you need to use a mouse to execute crucial commands. Has anybody else got this program to work? Is there a better and easier alternative?
