This is very simple and doesnot require use of the mouse. To rename a worksheet in Excel: 1. Open the Format menu (Alt-O). 2. Select Sheet (H). 3. Rename is the default choice (R). 4. Select Rename and you are in an edit box. 5. Type the name of the sheet and press return. 6. The Dialogue closes and you are returned to the worksheet, which is now renamed. Darrin

It comes up with a menu, and some times when I arrow down I will find the rename label, but some times there is a totally different menu. I am using jfw 5.1, but have jfw 8 on the computer and if you think that version would work better with excell, I will try that. I am having loads of problems with jfw 8 and the e-mail, so decided to go back to the jfw that was working with my e-mail.
