1. What web browser are you using (and what version)? Different browsers
use different flavors of the Flash plugin.

2. What version of JAWS are you using? Different versions have different
levels of support for the Flash accessibility feature set.

3. Precisely which sub-version of Flash Player 9 are you using? There
are substantial differences between the sub-versions of Flash Player 9.
9.0.115.0 is the latest version. If you have JavaScript enabled, you
should be able to determine what version you have using this page:

http://www.codegeek.net/flash_version.htm

Otherwise, you'd need to check in about:plugins for Firefox or Manage
Add-Ons for Internet Explorer.

4. Can you please provide the URL for the webpage containing this video?
Not all Flash content is usable with screen readers, since some Flash
content does not make use of the accessibility feature set and some
other Flash content may make use of the accessibility feature set but is
embedded in the page in such a way that assistive technology cannot
inspect or interact with it.

An important point to note is that your JAWS might be configured to
"Ignore Flash on Web Pages". You'll want to ensure that option isn't
checked. In JAWS 8.0, you can find it the HTML Options Dialog accessible
from the Set Options menu in Configuration Manager.
