Hi,
One thing to keep in mind when installing flash player is a message will 
come up in Internet Explorer telling you the website is trying to run Active 
Exe controls. To access this message with JAWS, hit alt N and then space bar 
to get into the context menu that allows you to choose "run active exe 
controls".
