I agree here. I tried a demo of Hal once, and it wasn't very good on 
the net, and it spoke too much when using Windows Live Messenger. I 
gave up the demo after it decided to expire on me prematurely, and 
will never touch it again, unless there's been vast improvements that 
makes me want to try it again, but I sincerely doubt it. Just my two 
pence worth.
