David Thanks, that's much easier. I always forget about that application key. I forget programs and services get added to that as you install things.
I'm on the 14 day trial and have not looked up the purchase price. Do you know what it is off hand and the process to go from trial to paid version? If I want to select files that are not contiguous I use the control plus space method to select and deselect individual files in a folder. Remember that you have to keep the control button pressed down whilst cursoring down for this method to work. Once that has been done everything appears fine. The only oddity I have found is that pressing enter on the convert button does not work but pressing the space bar does. I find a similar thing in AVG.
