To all listers, I'm using Jaws 9 and yahoo messenger 8. Everytime I tried to open my list of archive messeges I always encountered this error message: Error Reporting nger.exe - Application Error at "0x02d2c326" referenced memory at "0x00000020". T terminate the program OK
I tried using Jaws 7 and 8 but I encountered the same problem. However, when I used Jaws 5, I was able to open the list of my archived messeges withoutd any problem. Is there anything I should install or adjust in my Jaws 9 settings in order to access my list of archive messeges. Thank you for any assistance.
