Hi Victor, I run today PC spyware Doctor and Registry Mechanic. Afterwards, I tried to access my Yahoo Messeger's archive messeges but still same error message appeared. Is this not a Jaws9 (also versions 7 & 8) issue since I dont encounter this said problem if I use Jaws 5 to access my yahoo messenger's archived messeges? Thanks a lot for your assistance.
