Is it a 'radiobutton', does JAWS say?  If so, you would find two 
radiobuttons, Accept and Decline (or similar).  You would need to down-arrow 
to Accept to highlight it, which is fine, and then tab to the next button or 
the next part of the dialogue.  I didn't have any trouble, whatever it was, 
when i installed the version 8 some months ago.  Another option, just 
incase, is to use another version of JAWS for the installation.  (To save on 
the uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader hassle, which might create other 
problems.)

I've tried everything I know to do. I tried hitting Enter, Space Bar and got 
some Sighted Help with clicking on Accept, and nothing happened. I've 
Installed and Reinstalled it 2 times and it all seams to work until I get to 
where I have to Accept the License Agreement. If it won't allow me to Accept 
the License agreement, can I still View Documents that are sent to me in 
Acrobat Reader Format, or do I have to use something else until I get this 
thing Figured out.
