Right. Two more things you can try. When it comes to the Accept Button,
hit Insert+3 for the JAWS Pass key button, then hit alt-a. If that doesn't
cut it, use narrator for that part of the dialogue, unload JAWS and then hit
enter or spacebar on the Accept Button. Maybe you do need to go towards the
bottm of the agreement (which you are supposed to read) and then click on
the Accept Button. Once again, this just might be a JAWS9 failing, so why
not try out a different version of JAWS with this installation. It should
work, with at least one of my suggested remedies, as the dialogue is
accessible and 'it isn't rocket science'.

It's not a Radio Button. It's a Regular Standard Button. It says you can do
alt+A to accept it, but I did that and nothing happened. Then did with Tab
and Space Bar, Nothing. Then got some sighted help to click the Mouse on it
for me, and again nothing. If someone sends me a message that opens with
Acrobat Reader, can I still View it even though I haven't accepted the
License Agreement, or do I have to try to open the file in a different
Program??

Thanks!
Casey

Is it a 'radiobutton', does JAWS say? If so, you would find two
radiobuttons, Accept and Decline (or similar). You would need to
down-arrow
to Accept to highlight it, which is fine, and then tab to the next button
or
the next part of the dialogue. I didn't have any trouble, whatever it
was,
when i installed the version 8 some months ago. Another option, just
incase, is to use another version of JAWS for the installation. (To save
on
the uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Reader hassle, which might create
other
  problems.)

I've tried everything I know to do. I tried hitting Enter, Space Bar and
got
some Sighted Help with clicking on Accept, and nothing happened. I've
Installed and Reinstalled it 2 times and it all seams to work until I get
to
where I have to Accept the License Agreement. If it won't allow me to
Accept
the License agreement, can I still View Documents that are sent to me in
Acrobat Reader Format, or do I have to use something else until I get this
  thing Figured out.

  Thanks!

    Hi,

When you went to accept the license, maybe you can press spacebar
instead
  of
    "enter."

Hey everyone, I downloaded and installed the new version of Acrobat
Reader
and when I opened it, it wanted me to agree to the License Agreement,
but
when I clicked to Accept the License Agreement, nothing happened. I
  thought
I had a Bad Download, so I removed and redid it again, but again, when I
went to accept the License Agreement, nothing happened. Anyone have any
suggestions? Anything you can offer would be greatly Appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Casey
