I uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2003 some time back and have not had a reason to use Excel 2003 since. Today when I tried to use it, I discovered that up and down arro do not move the cursor. I can tab and shift-tab as well as type in text. This is true with both Jaws and Window-Eyes so it is not screen readers specific. Since I am using Jaws to type this message and don't know where else to turn, I am asking for help here. I did turn off the task pane but that didn't help. Normal view is checked. This happens with existing files and blank documents. Thanks.
