I will have a root around to see if there is place where you have turned them off. A temporary work around would be use Control Y combinations. Control 1 going to Inbox can be replaced by Control Y , then I, then enter. Control 2 going to calendar becomes Control Y, then C, then enter etc. These keys work in Outlook 2003 and I think 2007. What version of Outlook are you using where these keys will not work? Remember these keys will not work if you are in an element of the program like a mail message or an appointment dialogue box. These are control-plus-number keys. The desktop I use for my personal stuff is I believe running the same version of outlook, and I know the same version of Jaws.
