Maria I had the same problem with a new computer that I had just built. The problem was solved when I installed updated video drivers. I would try going to the computer manufacturer's website for the latest drivers. This may be tough to do if Jaws is not functioning 100 percent. I know how frustrating this is since you think a new computer should have the latest software installed.
