Hi. I fixed the video intercept error with jaws. I did it by sheer dumb luck but here's what I did in case it helps anyone. I have a cd that came with the pc it is for the motherboard. I put it in and it asked me to install missing drivers. I followed the prompts but jaws still didn't work. Just to see what would happen, I un installed jaws and re installed it again. Guess what? Jaws came up talking and no video intercept errors. Thank goodness for alternative free screen readers in this case.
