Hi Patti,
Depends on the "host" version of JAWS - that 
is, if there is even JAWS on the computer 
where you are using the thumb drive version:
* If it does not have JAWS but if the Video 
Intercept is installed, then it should be 
Demo Mode (it will run for 40 minutes).
* If it has JAWS but if it is not activated, 
it will run as Demo Mode.
* If it has JAWS that has been activated, it 
will "borrow" the serial number of the JAWS 
on the computer.
* If it has a JAWS "Auth" dongle, then it 
should work as if though it is running on a 
computer with JAWS authorization key.
I'm 95% confident about all conditions except 
the fourth one (I or someone needs to ask FS 
about it).
