I own their MS-word XP training tapes and as you say they are excellent however they are somewhat dated. Iowa Commission for the Blind probably doesn't have the funding to stay as current as some of the private benders do. When I checked with them two years ago about purchasing additional training material they were still referencing JFW 4.51 in their courses.

They were very thorough and were easy to use. They even included a disc of sample spreadsheets to be used with the training. The materials, if I recall correctly, were about $25 and well worth it.
