Yes, either give JAWS 9 a different hot key or open the properties sheet for the version of JAWS that's currently assigned <ALT>+<CONTROL>+J and delete the hot key from the Shortcut tab. Then you can open the properties sheet for JAWS 9 and assign the <ALT>+<CONTROL>+J hot key and it will take effect.
Remember, there's nothing magic about <ALT>+<CONTROL>+J, that's something that was set up by yourself or whomever installed and set up JAWS for you in the first place. ---*---*---*---*---*--- Bill Gallik E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - "The price of freedom of religion, or of speech, or of the press, is that we must put up with a good deal of rubbish." - Robert Jackson Visit the JAWS Users List home page at: http://www.jaws-users.com Address for the list archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For help from Mailman with your account Put the word help in the subject or body of a blank message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Use the following form in order to contact the management team http://www.jaws-users.com/managers.php If you wish to join the Blind Computing list send a blank email to the following address: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
