Hello Lou, Do you have more then one version of jaws installed on your computer? However, if you only have one version of jaws installed, Do the following. Instead of pressing both the alt and control j key at the same time, just hit the j key,chek it by using the jaws key plus numpad key 8to see if it took. Then testit by pressing both the control plus alt and j key, and see if that works for you. That's what I had to do, and it worked for me.
