Hi, I'm using the pro version of Super Antispyware, and I have no problems using it with JAWS. Yes, the preferences multipage dialogue box requires use of the JAWS cursor, but I just leave the settings as at its defaults, and it works fine under JAWS 9. The free edition, basically, is exactly the same programme, with some features missing, such as real-time protection, automatic updates, and so on. So whoever said that they're having problems navigating with the pro version will most likely have problems with the free version. Anyway I hope that helps.
