I notice that John's name doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere. Also, the 
link Mike last sent is to a n item dated 2014, which makes me wonder if the 
scripts have kept up with changes in Spotify. I'm going to forward a message 
that Chris H posted on a related list in 2014.

their are excellent scripts for Spotify by John Marten. I've never used 
Spotify, so cannot comment on those spasific scripts. his other scripts are
