David, I have been searching for an e mail address or phone number to contact the Grisoft people but cannot find anything. They have built an invincible wall of protection around themselves. It's understandable since they are the wall building experts. But we are potential paying customers, not marauding attackers so should be able to send our issues to them. marilyn
