Marilyn, I'm afraid they don't offer tech support to their free users - they specifically say this on the Web site: ["What you Get (with the free version) What you do not get".] You have to be a paying customer to qualify for that. Now, it is possible athat something else or some other contact avenue can be pursued. It is, after all, the developers - not the tech support people - who could be called on this. It's also possible that others here will know more and better than I.
