Hello Judy, One thing you can try is to make sure the "new lines and paragraphs" option in quick settings is set to off. Use JAWS key V and in the quick settings search box type in "new lines" (without quotes) and use down arrow to the result. Use spacebar if it is not set to Off already. Repeatedly pressing spacebar cycles among the options for the setting. Once set to Off tab to the OK button and use spacebar. Take care.
