I have not gone to that site, but what I can think off hand, you can try to
personalize that site by using JAWS personalize webpage command..
Go on the site, press JAWS key +V
In the find field, type personalize and the personalize webpage will come
up. Enter on it.
Then, change the refresh page as needed to do not refresh.
It will only be for that site.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] website jumping around
Hi, I used to be able to go to the Lands End website and it was very
acdessible and easy to use. Now for the past couple months when you go there
everything repeats and jumps around. I asked a sighted person and they said
for one thing, whatever their current offer is, it runs across the top of
the page over and over like a ticker tape. But when I try to go to a
category or something, it jumps around and keeps reading the same thing and
is completely unuseable. This is the only site I go to that is like this.
