This is a new state web site for filing taxes. The problem may be with the web site. Sometimes pressing enter followed by alt down arrow works and sometimes it doesn't. It is very frustrating. Thanks!

On a state web site I am encountering a toggle combo box button. When I land on it jaws says there are five options, use up and down arrow to choose. When I do this nothing happens, if I press enter on the toggle combo box button nothing happens. Is there a special command that will open the combo box?
