I have a similar problem with another website. I tried my default browser, IE11, then Firefox. Fortunately for me, my third browser of choice, Chrome, could handle all the combo boxes. You might want to try different browsers.

Only then would you down arrow through the five options. At any rate, that's the normal way of working with a combo box.
