No, I just want a quick key that will read the cell header at the top of the 
column if that makes any sense e.g. the list below:

Name:
Steve
Bob
Paul

The column header name is the one that I would like to read so if I am moving 
across the sheet I can always quickly use a key to check the column heading if 
that makes any sense?

I looked in the default Jaws Keyboard manager, and there are already keystrokes 
available to read current Column and Read Current Row.

Is this not what you're looking for?
