So I call last Thursday to microsoft support and the lady who was suppose to help me, endup making putting my PC in save mode. So when she restart it my speech did not work. So I got a good guy who works with computers to check it out and he needed to uncheck safe mode. Also he was able to uninstall avast within 2 minutes.
