Have you tried with Fire Fox? Also, this is a reason to always have two
browsers as well as screen readers installed such as NVDA, this is something
I drive home to my students.

You might toggle the virtual cursor off with insert+z, then try to click the
card. Don't know if that will work or not.

Good morning everyone,
I am having difficulty entering payment information at the National
Braille Press site at www.nbp.org and would appreciate any assistance.
Using latest version of JAWS and IE with Windows 10, the payment
screen shows what appears to be a graphic with the text of the card
type. I am unable to check the correct graphic by any of the usual
ways--pressing enter or the spacebar or shift-F10. Can anyone
replicate this and/or suggest what to try? have used this site
successfully many times with JAWS 12 and IE 9 so do not think the
problem is with the page itself or even JAWS necessarily. I expect
this is a simple fix too, smile, but caffeine hasn't really kicked in
either. Tia.

Susan
